Convenient to reach from the motorway, inserted in a recently built commercial context, from the outside the appearance is sober and somewhat anonymous.
The interior of the restaurant, however, surprises on the positive side, renovated and tastefully furnished, open kitchen, exposed maturer to leave no room for misunderstandings, the shy scent of grilled meat is NOT invasive but stimulates the appetite.
The place is welcoming, for lunch, with a few seats and also relaxing.
The loins, a remarkable and not obvious selection of breeds, labeled so that the guest can appreciate the breed and maturation, as well as the HG price.
The experience is remarkable:
Ordered a Marchigiana matured for 40 days, weighing 1.7 kg, served on a 50/60 g° griddle, perfect for keeping the meat warm without altering the excellent cooking that the grill attendant wanted to give us. POETRY accompanied by baked potatoes.
The cellar is excellent, prices in line with the labels offered.

Midweek dinner without reservation. Very nice and well-kept place, room with wines displayed in display cases and an open grill kitchen behind a glass window. Dishes prepared and cooked at the moment. Good meat but not exceptional in my opinion. Super vegetable side dishes! Worthy of note is the giardiniera. High expense.
Modern but not cold location, plenty of seats and large spaces. Beautiful exposed embers. The staff is exceptional and kind and will be able to advise you on the best. Excellent food, top quality ingredients. Soft and airy fried dumplings, top cured meats. Wide choice of meat with different maturation. Excellent fresh handmade pasta. Don't miss the sphere with various pastries as a dessert, very scenic. All accompanied by excellent house Lambrusco. Rating 10/10. Large and very clean bathrooms. Large outdoor parking. Worth a stop off the highway. During the week, in addition to the à la carte menu, there is also a quick menu (less choice) for workers in a hurry.
